These General Terms and Conditions are binding on all users. We ask that you read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these General Terms and Conditions or if you disagree with them entirely, you should not use our Website or our services. The General Terms and Conditions constitute a valid contract between you and the Company.

The Website owner will exercise due diligence to ensure that the data presented on the Website is accurate and up-to-date. At the same time, the Website owner also reserves the right to change the content of the Website or stop supplementing it at any time, without prior notice. Furthermore, the Website owner may also change the services, products, prices, or programs described on this Website at any time and without notice.

  • USE OF THE ONLINE STORE

The Company operates the online store in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. The online store is available to buyers at any time, and the Company reserves the right to temporarily disable or suspend the online store without prior notice.

It is possible that the online store may be temporarily unavailable or that it may not be possible to process payments temporarily due to maintenance or updates to the online store. The Company will not be liable for any damages that may occur during the maintenance and/or updates of the online store.

  • PLACE ORDERS IN THE ONLINE STORE

The sales contract entered into between the Supplier and the Buyer is considered concluded when the Buyer confirms the order (the Buyer receives a status confirmation email "Order confirmed"). From that moment, the prices and all other purchase conditions are fixed and applicable to both the Supplier and the Buyer. The sales contract is uploaded to the Company's server in electronic format.

Purchase procedure:

  1. Step: In the offer available in the online store, the Buyer selects the desired item and quantity and confirms their choice by clicking on "Add to cart". If the buyer wants to buy several different items, the process must be repeated for each individual item. When the Buyer completes the item selection process, they can continue with the purchase process by clicking the "Checkout" button.

  1. Step: In this step, the Buyer fills out the form with the personal data necessary for the delivery of the order. After filling out the form, the Buyer can, in certain cases, choose from several possible delivery options and add other products or services to their order. At this stage, the Buyer is also informed of the estimated delivery date. Before finalizing the order, the Buyer has the option to choose from several different payment methods. Considering the selected option, the final amount to be paid is recalculated before the purchase is finalized. The Buyer confirms the purchase process by clicking the 'Complete purchase' button.

  1. After the purchase is finalized, the Website displays a confirmation message to the Buyer indicating that the order has been successfully shipped and providing details of the shipped order. In addition, the Buyer also receives a confirmation email to the email address indicated in Item 2, which contains a general description of the order, instructions for using the ordered products, and instructions for order return or filing a complaint if the Buyer is not satisfied with the product or no longer wants it.

Please note that the total purchase price, including delivery and other applicable costs, will be charged after your order is confirmed. We will inform you of any additional costs before shipping your order. Any additional costs may be related to the payment method selected.

  • PRICES, PAYMENT METHODS AND PROMOTIONS

Prices

All prices shown on the Website are in EUR and include VAT. Prices apply from the moment the order is placed. The offer is valid until cancelled.

NOTICE: This is an online retail store whose target audience consists exclusively of end consumers (B2C). For this reason, we do not allow B2B sales on this Website and we also do not offer the option of issuing invoices to legal entities. This also means that subsequent invoice corrections (from individuals to legal entities) are not permitted, as the sales transaction is concluded exclusively with an individual.

Payment methods

You can use the following payment methods in our online store:

  • Payment by credit card;
  • Payment via Multibanco reference;
  • Payment via MBWay;
  • Payment via PayPal.

The Company reserves the right to verify the selected payment method through authentication methods. Furthermore, we also reserve the right to examine the selected payment method more thoroughly, requesting that you send us proof of payment.

You have been informed that you must pay the full amount of the order (including any transaction and delivery-related costs) according to the payment method selected. You guarantee that you have the ability and right to make transactions with a credit card or any other selected payment method.

Promotions

The Website also offers discounts and other promotions that reduce product prices (hereinafter referred to as "promotions"). Each promotion offers a reduced price for a specific (limited) period, defined individually for each promotion. The reduced price applies to all purchases made during the promotion period.

Please note that some promotions are only for new users who have not yet made purchases in our online store. In this case, such promotions do not apply to existing users. Any attempt to use these types of promotions will be immediately blocked, and the email addresses used for such misuse will be deleted without prior notice. Generally, discounts and other promotions are not cumulative unless each individual promotion explicitly specifies otherwise.

  • COSTS AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

Prices do not include any delivery costs. Delivery costs can be found in the online store, where you will have the option to select your delivery method. Our company offers two delivery methods: standard and express. The main difference between these two methods is that orders with express delivery are handled and packaged with higher priority. Before selecting your desired delivery method, check the price listed next to each individual choice. When submitting your order, you will see a summary showing the cost of the purchase, the delivery cost, and the total cost.

The products you ordered will be delivered to the address you entered on our website as your delivery address.

The option to expedite delivery is available to the Buyer at the time the order is placed. The Company reserves the right to extend the delivery time in case of increased demand or delays in the delivery service. Deliveries are usually made before noon. If you are unable to receive the order at that time, the carrier will attempt to arrange a new delivery method and location with the Buyer.

If the carrier does not contact the Buyer, it will make another attempt to deliver the order on the next business day. If the second attempt also fails, the order and its contents will be returned to the sender.

The amount paid for unsuccessful delivery and prepaid orders is automatically refunded within 8 (eight) business days from the date the order return is registered by the warehouse or from the moment the Company determines that the order was not successfully delivered.

Safety warnings regarding the use of all products.

The use of products from our online store may present a certain risk to life and physical integrity. You must explicitly confirm that you understand that the use of such products represents these risks and fully accept them. By ordering and/or using such products, you confirm that you are aware of such risks, which may include risk of illness, injury, disability, or death. You must assume full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from ordering and/or using the products.

Before using any of the products, you should read the respective instructions for use.

Before use, each product must be safely tested. If you are unsure how to test the product, please do not use the product, inform us of the situation, or return the product.

The company assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damages incurred from the use of products ordered on the Site, regardless of whether the products are used correctly or incorrectly by the Buyer or a third party. This exclusion applies to the extent permitted by law.

If a claim is made against the Company, the Company limits its liability for damages to up to three times the market price of the product.

We strive to provide product descriptions and photographs that are as detailed and accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all product information and photographs are completely accurate. As some products may be purchased from several different suppliers, there may be some differences in the appearance of the packaging or the product itself. These differences do not affect the quality or functionality of the product in any way.

  • RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT

A Buyer who makes a purchase in our online store has the right to cancel the Contract. This cancellation of the Contract may be communicated within 14 days of the delivery date of the order and must be communicated to the Company via the delivery service. The buyer does not need to state the reason for their decision. This right to cancel the contract only applies to buyers who are natural persons and who acquire the goods and services for purposes other than their professional or profit-making activity. Cancellation of this contract only applies to products that have not been opened and used.
